Overview

 

Your Virtue account (“Virtue ID”) consists of your registered email address and a secure password. When signed in, you can access personalized features, including saved items, shopping bags, order tracking, and account management tools.

By creating or using a Virtue account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Virtue is not responsible for any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard login information.

Virtue reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, refuse service, or cancel orders at its discretion if any information provided is false, misleading, or violates these Terms.

 

Benefits of a Virtue Customer Account

 

Creating a Virtue ID allows you to personalize and streamline your shopping experience. With your Virtue account, you can:

  • Save and manage items of interest

  • Maintain a shopping bag for quicker checkout

  • Track and manage orders, returns, and exchanges

  • View Virtue Gift Card balances

  • Access exclusive offers, events, and member rewards

If you’ve made prior purchases from the Virtue Store, you may use the same Virtue ID.

Guest Checkout

 

You may complete purchases on www.virtue.love without creating a Virtue account.

To check out as a guest:

  1. Add items to your bag.

  2. Enter your shipping and payment details.

  3. Click “Place Order Now” to complete your purchase.

Please note that guest checkout users will receive an order confirmation via email but may have limited access to order management features.

To view full order details or manage your purchase, you can link your guest order to a Virtue ID:

  1. Open your order confirmation email and select your order number.

  2. Click “Add to Virtue ID” above your order details.

  3. Sign in or create a Virtue ID and verify your contact information.

Once linked, you’ll be able to view order details, request returns, or make changes (where permitted).


Manage Your Account

 

You may update your Virtue ID, password, or saved shipping and payment information at any time through your Account Settings page.

Guest Checkout Orders

 

Guests who make purchases without registering may still enjoy standard service and delivery. However, creating a Virtue account provides additional benefits, including:

Products featuring rare earth hardware—crafted with precious metals and stones—should be dry cleaned only. The hardware and gemstones should be cleaned exclusively by professional jewelry cleaners to maintain their integrity and brilliance.

Account Verification

 

To avoid delays, ensure the billing address on your order matches the one on your credit card account.
If you’ve recently moved or are unsure which address your bank uses, contact your card issuer to confirm before placing your order.


Security Codes

 

Your card security code is a unique three- or four-digit number:

  • American Express: 4-digit code on the front
  • Visa, MasterCard, Discover: 3-digit code on the back


Debit Card Spending Limits

 

Most debit and check cards have daily spending limits, which can delay order processing even if sufficient funds are available. When using a debit card, funds are reserved at checkout and may appear as “pending.” Contact your bank for details about your spending limits.


When Virtue Charges Your Account

 

When an order is placed, Virtue contacts your card issuer to confirm validity and secure authorization.
Funds are held (shown as “pending”) until your item ships.

  • For shipped orders: Your card is charged once the item has shipped.
  • For multi-item orders: You may see multiple charges as each item is shipped.
  • For canceled orders: Authorizations typically expire within 10 days (debit) or 30 days (credit), depending on your bank’s policies.


International Payments

 

Virtue accepts international Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Please note:

  • Prices may fluctuate with exchange rates.
  • Your bank or card issuer may apply additional foreign transaction fees.

PayPal

 

When checking out with PayPal, you’ll be redirected to the PayPal website to log in and confirm your payment.
If your order ships in multiple deliveries, your PayPal account will be charged separately for each shipment.


Virtue Store Gift Card

 

Virtue Store Gift Cards can be redeemed at any Virtue Store or online at Virtue.love (U.S. only).
You may use:

  • Up to 8 Virtue Gift Cards per online purchase

To redeem, enter the PIN shown on your digital card email (below the card image). Keep your gift card information until your order has been fully processed and delivered.

Tax/ Tax rate

 

Virtue calculates sales tax in accordance with local, state, and international tax laws based on your shipping address.
Your final invoice will include the total applicable tax, which may consist of state, local, and any other required fees or surcharges.

Placing an Order

 

Placing a direct order is easy, simply click buy on any products featured on the official Virtue website. All pre purchased items will be displayed in the shopping cart, ready to be processed with an email address that will be matched with the product’s blockchain number.

 

Placing a gift order

 

To properly place a gift order, please make sure to include a current email address belonging to the individual you will be gifting. 

 

Creating and Accessing an Account

 

Account Registration

 

To use certain features on www.virtue.love, you may be required to create a Virtue account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including a valid email address, which will serve as your Virtue ID.

 

Account Security


You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Virtue ID and password. Virtue is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account. You agree to notify Virtue immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

 

Account Access

 

Once registered, you can log in to:

    • View and track orders

    • Save items to your bag or Wish List

    • Update personal information, shipping, and payment details

    • Participate in Virtue Rewards and promotions

 

Account Termination

 

Virtue reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or misuse of services. You may also close your account at any time by contacting Virtue Customer Service.

 

Responsibility for Account Activity

 

All activity conducted under your Virtue ID is your responsibility. Virtue is not responsible for any actions taken by others who access your account without permission.

 

Order Cancellation

 

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. To cancel an order, please contact Virtue Customer Service at hello@virtue.love as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled but may be returned in accordance with the Return Policy.

 

Eligible Returns

 

Only items purchased directly from www.virtue.love are eligible for returns. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Certain products, including final sale items, personalized items, or items marked as non-returnable, may not be eligible for return.

 

Return Process


To initiate a return, please contact Virtue Customer Service at hello@virtue.love  Returns may require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once approved, Virtue will provide instructions for shipping your return. Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to a Virtue error.

 

Refunds

 

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. Any applicable shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Virtue error.

 

Exchanges

 

Exchanges are handled as a combination of a return and a new purchase. Please contact Virtue Customer Service for assistance with exchanging items.

 

Exceptions

 

Virtue reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the above conditions or to request additional documentation or photographs to verify eligibility.

 

Check Order Status

 

If you have a virtue customer account, it is easy to check the status of your order. First, visit your Order Listing page and enter your Virtue ID and password. Once you sign in, select an item to view your order details.

On your order details page, a progress bar and status message display next to each of your items. Status messages include:

 

Order Placed 

 

We’ve received your payment and order information and will start preparing your item shortly.

 

Processing 

 

Once your item is ready, we’ll send you an update and prepare the shipment. 

 

Preparing to Ship

 

We’re completing a few final details before shipping your order. As soon as it ships, we’ll email you the delivery information.

 

Shipped

 

Your item is on the way. Tracking information will be available within 12-24 hours.

 

Delivered

 

The package has been delivered to the shipping address specified in your order.

If you do not have a Virtue ID you should expect to receive email updates regarding your order status, if you have not received any emails please contact us at hello@virtue.love so we may investigate the issue and resolve it. Please ensure to share the email you used to place the order so that we may identify the order in the event there were any typos when the order was placed.


Track Your Order/ Track Shipped Items

 

For items shipped to a physical address, you'll receive a shipment notification email with your carrier information, and estimated delivery date and, if available, a tracking number.

You can also view shipping information by selecting an item from your Order Listing page if you have created a Virtue customer account. There you’ll see the most recent delivery estimates, as well as a Track Shipment link to detailed tracking information on the carrier’s website. If you ordered multiple items, you may have separate tracking information for each item.

To ensure safe delivery, some shipments require a signature on delivery. If your delivery requires a signature and you won’t be available, you can use the “Pre-sign for delivery” link to authorize the delivery with the carrier ahead of time. Refer to the Shipping & Pickup help page for more information.


Edit Delivery or Billing Information

 

Updating Information

 

Customers may update their delivery and billing information through their Virtue account at any time prior to order shipment. This includes shipping addresses, billing addresses, and payment methods.

 

How to Update

 

To update your information:

    • Log in to your Virtue account

    • Navigate to Account Settings or Order Listing

    • Select the order you wish to update and edit the shipping or billing details

 

Limitations

 

Once an order has been processed for shipment, delivery and billing information cannot be changed. Virtue is not responsible for misdirected shipments caused by incorrect or outdated information provided by the customer.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery and billing information. Virtue may require verification of changes to ensure order security and prevent fraud.

What to Expect

 

Once your order ships, or is available for pickup, we'll send you an email. The email message will include your order number and a link to the tracking information. We also send emails on the day of delivery or after your item has been delivered, depending upon your shipping method, country, and carrier. You may receive between 1-3 email messages per shipment on your order.

 

How to change text message preferences

 

You can edit your email address at any time by signing into your account and editing the shipment notification preferences for your order. Refer to the Shipping & PickUp help page for more details.


Digital Invoices

 

Electronic Delivery

 

Virtue provides invoices and receipts for purchases in digital format. Upon completing a purchase on www.virtue.love a digital invoice will be sent to the email address associated with your Virtue account or provided during checkout.

 

Content of Invoices

 

Digital invoices include key order details such as item descriptions, quantities, prices, taxes, shipping information, and payment method used. They serve as the official proof of purchase.

 

Access and Storage

 

Customers can access past invoices by logging into their Virtue account and visiting the Order Listing page. We recommend saving or printing digital invoices for personal records and tax purposes.

 

Corrections

 

If an invoice contains errors or if you did not receive an electronic invoice, contact Virtue Customer Service at hello@virtue.love Virtue will issue a corrected invoice promptly.

 

Legal and Tax Compliance

 

Digital invoices provided by Virtue are legally valid and comply with applicable tax regulations. Customers are responsible for retaining copies for their own records in accordance with local requirements.

Ships Time

 

The ‘Ships‘ time is an estimate of when the item will leave our warehouse. For example, if an item displays "Ships: 1 business day" the item will leave our warehouse 1 business day after you place your order. While Virtue works hard to ship every order as quickly as possible, personalized, custom-configured, and more popular items may have longer ship times.

Occasionally, we will confirm ship and delivery times, then learn we are unable to fulfill the order due to low product availability. In these rare cases, we will notify by email of the new ship and delivery times.

 

Shipping Cost

 

The cost for shipping is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order. Courier Delivery cost includes tip. You can find delivery costs at checkout, on the Order Confirmation email and online when you view your order on the Order Status website.

 

Order Timeline

 

Once your order is placed, we send information about your order by email. The email you receive depends on whether you chose to have the items delivered or picked up. If you have multiple items on your order, you may receive additional emails for each item.

 

1. Order Acknowledgement

 

The order acknowledgment email provides a summary of the items in your order. If you choose to have an item delivered, the order acknowledgment will display the delivery address and delivery date. You can click the date to view your order details. For pickup items in your order, the email will display your selected Virtue Store location. If you have designated someone else to pick up the item for you, the email will also display your pickup contact.

 

2. Shipment Notification

 

If you choose to have an item delivered, we'll send a shipment notification email when the item leaves our warehouse. This email includes the carrier name, tracking number, and delivery date. You can click the tracking number to track your package using Virtue's online Order Status or enter the tracking number on the carrier's website. If you purchase a Virtue Gift Card by email, we'll send you an email notification once we send the gift card to the recipient.

 

3. Text Notifications

 

We send updates by text message, so you can stay updated on your delivery or pickup order. Just add your email address at checkout to receive these notifications. The number of emails you'll receive will vary depending on the orders you placed.

 

4. What to Expect

 

Once your order is shipped, we'll send you an email. This will include your order number and a link to the tracking information. We will also send you emails on the day of delivery or after your item has been delivered, depending on your selected delivery method, country and carrier. You may receive 1-3 email messages per item on your order.

 

Changing Text Message Preferences

 

You can edit your mobile phone number at any time by signing in to your account and editing the delivery or pickup notification preferences for your order. Your privacy is important us at Virtue. So we've developed a Privacy Policy that covers how we collect, use, disclose, transfer, and store your information. Visit our Privacy Policy

 

Carrier Delivery Options

 

Virtue chooses which carrier will deliver your shipment, and some of our shipments require a signature. Your Shipment Notification email will tell you whether a signature is required. The carrier may also require a signature at their discretion. The carrier may make subsequent delivery attempts before returning the shipment to Virtue. Once your order has prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.

If you are unavailable to provide a signature, Virtue offers two easy options for you to receive your package.

 

Option

1: Sign the Delivery Notice to release your shipment to your address, an immediate neighbor, or a building manager. If you were unavailable to receive delivery, the carrier will leave a Delivery Notice on your door after the first attempt. You can sign the Delivery Notice, specify a preferred delivery location (e.g., front door, back door, immediate neighbor, building manager), and leave the notice on your door prior to the next delivery attempt. If you provide an address other than the one specified on the package, someone must sign for the package.

 

Option 2:

Pick up package at carrier's local facility. After the first delivery attempt, you can request to pick up your package at our carrier's local facility. Call the number on the carrier's Delivery Notice and inform them you'd like to pick up your package in person.

 

To pick up your package from the carrier's local facility, you may need:

  • The Delivery Notice
  • Government ID (driver's license, passport) that matches the package name and address
  • Second ID with your name on it (credit card, social security card)

The carrier can release the package only to the person included on the shipping address.

In addition to these options, our carriers may offer additional delivery options, which may include electronic signature or estimated delivery time windows, learn more at FedEx Delivery Manager and UPS MyChoice.


Shipping

 

1. Shipping in the U.S.

 

Items purchased online from VIRTUE ship within the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. No shipments can be made to P.O. Box addresses, United States territories, or addresses outside of the United States. You may not export any products purchased online from Virtue.

 

We are happy to ship your order to a friend or family member residing within the 50 United States if your billing address is within one of the following United States territories: American Samoa, Armed Forces Africa, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Canada, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Middle East, Armed Forces Pacific, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, and U.S. Virgin Islands.

Simply shop virtue.love with the payment method of your choice, and we'll ship the order to any address within the 50 United States. We regret that we cannot ship orders placed in the U.S. to addresses outside the 50 states. Let us help you find an Virtue retailer to assist you in purchasing Virtue products locally.

Virtue returns may be processed for product that meet our return policy, please note that returns are valid 30 days from your product delivery arrival. Virtue only accepts returns on unopened, unworn, unwashed and unaltered products due to hygiene policies and US laws. To return or exchange by mail, please follow these instructions:

If you signed up for a Virtue customer account, please visit Virtue Returns Portal, enter your name, email address, phone number, and tracking number. Ensure that all of these fields are associated with your account. Please note that the phone number is required to setup a return label and ensure that the carrier is able to contact you if needed. You online account will showcase all the products ordered and allow you to select specific products for return.

If you did not sign up for a Virtue customer account you can still access your order by visiting visit the Virtue TrioTrak Returns Portal and entering the requested information, so that we can securely access your account and order details and ensure we protect you and our other customers information.


When shipping back returned items please ensure that you securely packing your Virtue merchandise, making sure to include all pages of the packing slip. Please use the original shipping box and materials if possible. Virtue does not accept the return of opened box undergarments due to hygiene policies and US laws. Ensure that you affix the pre-addressed and pre-paid return label to your return package.

 

RETURNING A GIFT

 

Gifts can be returned or exchanged by mail when accompanied by the gift receipt or original packing slip. If you’re unable to process an online return or online exchange and require our assistance to complete a return by mail, please email a customer service representative to obtain a prepaid shipping label at hello@virtue.love

 

FINAL SALE ITEMS

 

We do not accept returns or exchanges of items that were purchased on sale. Virtue reserves the right to modify its return and exchange policy at any time.

You can track your order at any time online via your Virtue customer account. To access any order or return details, you will need to enter your name, email address and order number. You also can track your order by clicking on the tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email, or by emailing a customer service representative at hello@virtue.love

View Your Order

 

Sign into your Virtue customer account and view your Order Listing Page to view your purchased or saved products.

 

Edit Your Order

 

Sign into your Order Listing page and select an item to view your order details. You may be able to edit the item if the status reads Order Placed or Processing. If you placed an order as a guest, you’ll need to add it to your Virtue ID to make changes online.

 

Edit Shipping Address

 

If your order is in Processing, you may be able to edit your shipping address in your order details. In the “Delivers to” section below your item, select Edit.

To edit your default shipping address for future orders, select Shipping and Billing in the Settings section on the Your Account page.

 

Edit Email Address

 

If you didn’t receive an order acknowledgment, pickup, or shipment notification email, we may have an incorrect email address or the emails might be stuck in your spam or junk mail folder. You can update your email address for an order by selecting Edit in the order details under the Contact Information section.

To edit your default email address for future orders, select Shipping and Billing in the Settings section on the Your Account page. If you need help with viewing or editing your order, please email us at hello@virtue.love.

 

Canceling Your Order

 

If your item is in Processing, you can cancel it online if you have a Virtue customer account before it ships. Go to your Order Listings page and select an item to see your order details, then select Cancel Item. Once you’ve submitted your cancellation request, the status message of that item will read Canceled or Pickup Canceled. If you canceled an item that was shipping to a physical address, you will not be billed for your item. If you canceled a pickup item, you may have been billed. We will initiate your refund immediately after you submit your cancellation request.

If you are unable to cancel your item online, you may be able to return it. To see if your item is eligible for a return, refer to the Returns & Refunds help page or speak with an Virtue Specialist by emailing customer service at hello@virtue.love

Virtue Rewards (“Rewards”) is a loyalty program offering points for purchases, referrals, social engagement, and other activities as determined by the Company. Rewards are subject to these Terms and any additional program rules.

 

Enrollment:

 

Participation requires a Virtue account. Enrollment constitutes acceptance of program rules and these Terms.

 

Earning Points:

 

Points may be earned through product purchases, referrals, engagement with Virtue content, and other activities determined by the Company. Points have no cash value unless explicitly stated.

 

Redemption:

 

Points can be redeemed for discounts, products, or services as specified by the Company. Redemption is subject to account verification and program rules.

 

Program Modifications:

 

Virtue reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Program at any time.

 

Fraud and Abuse:

 

Accounts suspected of fraud, abuse, or violations of program rules may have points forfeited and may be suspended or terminated.

Please note that features or options available on www.virtue.love may not be available on mobile applications or when accessing the Sites from a mobile device.

Important: Section 22 of these Terms includes an arbitration clause and a class action waiver, which affects how disputes between you and the Company are resolved.

1. Intellectual Property

 

1.1. Our Proprietary Rights


Except for the information or materials you submit (“Submitted Materials,” see Section 1.4), Virtue and our licensors solely own all rights, title, and interest in the Sites and their content, including but not limited to: illustrations, images, audio, video, podcasts, graphics, logos, icons, software, blockchain content, code, data, and other materials (collectively, “Site Content”). This includes copyrights, trademarks, patents, database rights, moral rights, and other intellectual property rights.

Your use of the Sites does not give you ownership of any Site Content or other parts of the Sites, nor any license to use it except as expressly allowed in these Terms.

 

1.2. Limited License


Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access, view, use, and display the Sites and Site Content on your device for personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, exploit, post, upload, download, transmit, modify, distribute, or use any Site Content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent or that of the applicable rights owner, except as allowed by law for personal or educational purposes.

 

1.3. Trademarks

 

Trademarks, logos, service marks, and trade names displayed on the Sites (including “Virtue” and “Virtue Love LLC”) are registered or unregistered trademarks of Virtue or third parties (“Trademarks”). You may not use them without written permission. Nothing on the Sites grants you any rights to use our Trademarks, whether by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.

 

1.4. Material Submission


Unless specifically requested, we do not seek confidential, secret, or proprietary information from you. Any materials you submit—ideas, concepts, images, documents, designs, feedback, or other content (“Submitted Materials”)—are considered non-confidential and may be used by us in any manner consistent with these Terms.

By submitting Materials, you represent and warrant that:

  1. They are either your original work, or you have all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to submit them; and

  2. You grant us (and our affiliates) a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, modify, store, adapt, distribute, display, perform, create derivative works from, publish, sell, or incorporate your Submitted Materials in any media or format now known or later developed.

We are not required to store or maintain your Submitted Materials and may delete them at any time. You agree to retain any necessary documentation to prove your rights in your submissions.

 

1.5. Editorial Control and Monitoring


We may, but are not obligated to, monitor, review, or store content submitted to the Sites. We do not endorse, sponsor, or control any Submitted Materials or third-party content.

We may remove or refuse to post content that violates these Terms, our policies, or the law, or that we deem objectionable. You may be exposed to offensive or objectionable content, and we are not liable for any such content.


2. User Accounts and Conduct

Certain Site features may require creating an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and you are responsible for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without notice, for any reason.

 

2.2. Rules of Conduct


While using the Sites, you agree not to:

2.4. Indemnification


You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Virtue, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  1. Your violation of the law or these Terms; or

  2. Any of your Submitted Materials.

Virtue may, at its discretion, assume control of your defense, and you agree to cooperate fully.


3. Orders, Products, and Site Use

 

3.1. Orders and Returns


You may only purchase products if you are of legal age in your jurisdiction. You agree to pay all prices and taxes. Orders may be subject to additional policies presented at purchase.

We may limit or cancel orders at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or unauthorized parties. Unauthorized resale is prohibited.

We may share your transaction information with third parties for order processing, fraud prevention, and payment authorization, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Product availability is not guaranteed, and prices may vary by location. All pricing on virtue.love is in USD and valid only in the U.S.

 

3.2. Promotions


Sweepstakes, contests, or promotions may have separate rules. Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms and any specific promotion rules.

 

3.3. Pricing and Errors


We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee product descriptions, colors, or availability. Errors may occur in pricing or information. We may correct errors without notice, even after an order is placed. If an order is canceled after payment, your payment will be refunded in accordance with your bank’s policies.

 

3.4. Site Links


Links to the Site from other websites must open in a new window and link to our home page. Deep linking, framing, scraping, or mirroring Site Content is prohibited.

 

3.5. Third-Party Websites


The Sites may link to third-party sites (“Linked Sites”). We are not responsible for their content, products, services, or any viruses they may contain. Reliance on Linked Sites is at your own risk.

 

3.6. Third-Party Providers & App Stores


Our mobile apps may interact with third-party devices or operating systems. You must comply with all applicable rules of the relevant app store. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or services provided by third-party app stores.

 

4. Warranties and Liability

 

4.1. Disclaimer of Warranties


The Sites, including all forums, content, materials, functions, and downloads, are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the Sites or any content will be accurate, complete, secure, error-free, or uninterrupted.

We disclaim all warranties—express or implied—including, but not limited to: accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement.

We are not responsible for viruses, damages, or data loss that may result from using the Sites or downloading/uploading any materials. Your use of the Sites is at your own risk, and if you are unhappy, your only remedy is to stop using the Sites.

We do not necessarily endorse or approve any content submitted by users or third parties, and we are not liable for any opinions, recommendations, or materials posted by others. Submission of content does not guarantee it will be published or accepted.

 

4.2. Limitation of Liability


To the fullest extent allowed by law, Virtue and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers (collectively, “Protected Entities”) are not liable for any damages arising from your use of—or inability to use—the Sites. This includes lost profits, business, goodwill, or any other damages, even if we were advised such damages could occur.

We are not responsible for disputes between users or any content posted by users.

The maximum total liability of Protected Entities for all claims is limited to the greater of:

  1. The amount you paid to use the Sites, or

  2. $100.

You agree that these limitations reflect a fair allocation of risk and that we would not provide access to the Sites without them.

 

4.3. Jurisdictional Issues


The Sites are intended for users in the United States. Users outside the U.S. are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Software from the Sites may not be downloaded, exported, or re-exported to countries under U.S. embargo (e.g., Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria) or to individuals on U.S. restricted parties lists. By using our software, you confirm you are not in, or a national of, such locations or listed as a restricted party.


5. Termination and Miscellaneous

 

5.1. Termination


We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Sites at any time if we believe you violate these Terms, applicable laws, or for any other reason, without notice or liability.

Termination does not release you from obligations incurred prior to termination, and all Terms remain binding regarding prior use.

 

5.2. Miscellaneous


These Terms, together with any linked policies, represent the entire agreement between you and Virtue regarding the Sites.

They are governed by U.S. and California law. Any disputes must be brought in Orange County, California.

Failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later. If any provision is invalid, the rest of the Terms remain in effect.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved. These Terms and related documents are written in English by mutual agreement.

 

5.3. Notices of Copyright Infringement


We respect intellectual property rights. Repeat infringers may lose access to the Sites.

To file a DMCA copyright notice, include:

  • Your name, postal address, phone number, and email

  • Description of your copyrighted work

  • Description and location of infringing material

  • Statement of good faith belief that use is unauthorized

  • Your electronic or physical signature

  • Statement under penalty of perjury that information is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized to act

6. Disputes and Mobile Application Terms

 

6.1. Disputes & Arbitration


Any disputes arising from your use of the Sites or products must be resolved through binding arbitration, except for claims eligible for small claims court.

Arbitration is conducted by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules, with a single neutral arbitrator, typically by phone. In-person hearings occur in your county of residence if requested.

Arbitration is individual only—class, consolidated, or representative actions are prohibited. Both you and Virtue waive the right to a jury trial in court for disputes under these Terms.

You may still bring court action to stop infringement or misuse of intellectual property.

 

6.2. Mobile Application Terms


If you use the Virtue mobile app on iOS or Android:

  • You may only access it on a device you own/control and in accordance with app store rules.

  • Virtue is not obligated to provide support; contact us directly for help.

  • Claims related to app use are between you and us, not the app store or third-party providers.

  • Virtue and partners are not liable for intellectual property claims related to your use of the app.

You represent that you are not in a country under U.S. embargo or on a U.S. restricted parties list. Refunds may be issued if the app fails to meet warranties; otherwise, Virtue disclaims liability.
