Typical domestic ground delivery: 2–7 business days from shipment. Two-day and international shipping options are available for an extra fee. “Ships” time (when we hand the item to the carrier) may vary by product. All orders ship out of our USA warehouse each morning, Monday through Friday. If you place an order after 8AM Pacific Standard time your order will be shipped on the following business day. Please note that our Rare Earth Gem collection offers custom-made hardware that may take up to 10 business days to prepare, as it is crafted by hand in Beverly Hills, California.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unopened, unworn, unwashed and unaltered (this is for hygiene and safety reasons). Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Follow the returns portal instructions or contact hello@virtue.love for help. Gifts can be returned by mail when accompanied by the gift receipt or original packing slip.

Virtue knitwear extremely supple and comfortable, our fabrics are made with recycled fibers, as Virtue products are OEKO-TEX certified. See our Sustainability page for details and certifications.  

Gentle care preserves fit and fabric: hand wash or machine wash cold inside a mesh bag, avoid bleach, and line dry. Avoid high heat in the dryer to protect elasticity and recycled fibers.
